Santa Claus
North Pole, Earth

Dear Santa,

I have been a good Girl.
It really wasn't my fault what happened at Katy's Office party. It was Kathy who spiked the punch with too much Kahlua and Cream. I can't help it if I drank 7 glasses. It was so good---smelled and tasted just like peppermint.

I thought it was funny when I put Elsie's wifebeater on my head and danced the chickenwalk on the sofa while singing `"Last Christmas"'. I didn't mean to break Katy's vibrator and don't know why Katy would accuse me of sexy crimes.

I don't remember calling Earl's wife a bouncy llama---even though she looked like one with purple eye shadow and opalescent lipstick!

And when I threw up on Ruth's husband's head, it was only because I ate too much of that pizza.

After all that fun, I admit I was a little tired. So I fell asleep on my way home and drove my 95 Saturn SW through my neighbor's Door. I don't think that was any reason for my neighbor to call me a warm cat and have me arrested for robbery!

So, Santa...here I sit in my jail cell on Christmas Eve, all fat and sloppy. And I'm really not to blame for any of this rank stuff. Please bring me what I want the most---bail money!

Sincerely and slovenly yours,
Switchie Dagger's Crime (Really a nice Girl!)

P.S. It's only 42 bucks!

The Era Explanation )

*I know Weird Al Yankovic is still around. This was just to continue the joke he mentioned on Behind the Music where everybody thinks that every time he makes an album he's making a comeback.

I just read that Rosa Parks died. Just a few days ago I was talking about her to my mom, remembering something I heard on stiffs.com saying "She ain't going until she's good and ready."

Well, she was 92.

I made it safely to Boise.

In other news, I am at my brother Sonnie's apartment.
He just wanted all of you 5 people who read my journal to know that he is 30 years of age.
Next year, he will be 31.
In ten years, he will be 40.
In twenty, he will be 50.

(I'm not insinuating that 30 is old. It's just hilarious watching him freak out.)

I wonder if anyone on my list has a longer list of schools than me?
Quick explanation for anyone who cares:

-I never actually attended Blessed Hope Academy, at least I never went to the building. I was enrolled in some sort of homestudy thing and I sent my finished work to them and they mailed me a postcard with my grades on it. This was the only alternative in Hondo, TX where there were no other nearby schools. I only finished about half the courses and yet these postcards were enough to enroll me to North Jr. High.

-I went to Our Lady Star of the Sea for about a month or so. My mom decided she didn't want to raise me and my brother Catholic so she moved us to Brownsville Elementary.

- I moved New Years Eve 1994 and enrolled in McDowell 2 days before my 12th birthday in the new year.

- I went to North Jr. High for four months.
